Privacy, in plain terms.

1. Who we are

This policy covers quorium42.com, the website of Quorium, based in Beverly Hills, California ("Quorium", "we", "us"). It applies to information collected through this website. It does not cover information exchanged under a separate agreement, such as a pilot or a non-disclosure agreement, which is governed by that agreement.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the request access form, we receive the email address you enter, the date and time you sent it, and which form it came from. The form asks for nothing else, and you do not need to give us anything to read the site.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard request logs when your browser loads a page: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the time. These logs exist to deliver the site and keep it secure.

What we do not collect. The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It runs no analytics, advertising, social media widgets, tracking pixels, or session recording, and it does not attempt to identify you or your device. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself, so reading it does not send your browser to any third party. The only request that leaves the site is the form submission, and only when you press the button.

3. How we use it

We use your email address to reply to your request and to continue the conversation you started: pilots, partnerships, investment, or the evidence pack. We use server logs to operate the site, diagnose problems, and protect it against abuse. We may also use information where the law requires it. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we make no automated decisions about you.

4. Who handles it

Your address is seen by the members of our team who respond to access requests. Two service providers process information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

• Google stores form submissions in Google Sheets and delivers the notification email that tells our team a request has arrived.
• Vercel hosts the website and keeps the request logs described above.

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Quorium or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain the relationship you asked to start, and we delete it when you ask us to, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation. Request logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted on its schedule.

6. How we protect it

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and the form sends your address over an encrypted connection. Access to submissions is limited to the people who handle requests. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the small amount of information involved.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to access it; to correct it; to delete it; to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

How to make a request. Reply to any email you have received from us and tell us what you would like done. If we have not emailed you yet, submit the request access form, and when we reply, tell us what you need. We verify requests by confirming they come from the email address in question, and we respond within 45 days.

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and it neither sells nor shares personal information. There is therefore nothing for a Do Not Track signal or a Global Privacy Control signal to switch off, and the site treats every visitor as though one were sent.

9. Children

The site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us their address, tell us and we will delete it.

10. Where it is processed

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from elsewhere, your address may be handled outside your country.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell the people affected before it takes effect.
